Doors dont close all that well. So if you are working in town and on night shift dont expect to sleep very well during the day
Stayed here on 3 separate occasions now. Only once was good. The other times were horrid. Young immature girl at front desk was rude and not even interested in looking for our corporate rate in the computer. Some weird ski bum guy hanging out behind the counter too, walking around while wearing ear buds was staring at me as I guess he thought I was being difficult.... Party above me went until 1:30 am with no one doing anything about it save and accept for the other mad occupants. Hollow walls and floors makes someone dropping something in the room above sound like thunder, and again it went on all night. Downstairs rooms have windows that open but no AC, and rooms upstairs have AC but the windows wont open???? WTH? If you can afford it I recommend either the Prestige or go to Trail and hit the Best Western there.
Friendly staff -- a very nice three-star motel in Rossland.
Nice place actually, rooms were comfy and quiet. Breakfast was alright, not much was offered but at the rate per night and its proximity to red mountain it's all you can expect.
I have stayed here with friends, once a year for the last 5 years. Previous visits, have been exactly what I would expect for the amount I paid. This visit, the rate has gone up slightly, which is fine, and the management has changed. I would give the place a 3, on previous visits, but have downgraded it due to the new management. The good:-Internet worked-24hr check-in is niceThe bad:-Out of the 6 rooms we rented, the heater only worked correctly in 1. in all others, it would only function in full "sauna" mode(not a real mode, just an exaggeration). -House keeping did not come in and replace anyone's towels, soap etc.-The hottub, was green, not kidding, change the damn water. Staff was way overworked, and it showed. -continental breakfast is true, but the same girl at front desk, has to run front desk, and breakfast, meaning things run out, and you wait, forever.-Parking, was an issue, never has been in past.I think for the $$ being charged, we will try a different place next year.
